At our meeting on 15th June 2009 meeting Ripple Parish Council formally recognized the model Publication Scheme, as approved by the Information Commissioner for use by Parish and Town Councils, in line with Section 20 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This document explains how to request information, the terms and conditions under which we supply requested information, and what information we will and will not supply. The Parish Council has been compliant with the Act since 1st January 2009, and the attached document now clarifies our procedures relative to the Act.
